Overview

The Perfect 10 Diet was developed by Dr Michael Aziz, based on the activity of ten hormones that are crucial to the biochemical health of your body. Basically, without going into too much detail at this stage, the Perfect 10 Diet creates and maintains a balance between 10 hormones that are essential for health. These hormones are:

The Diet Itself

The Perfect 10 Diet helps to ensure that you are not hungry whilst following this diet. After following the Perfect 10 Diet your hormone levels will have stabilized. The Perfect 10 Diet actually encourages you to eat saturated fats, as well as low glycaemic carbs. To be successful you are expected to conform to the three stages of the diet. This involves consuming three meals a day with up to two snacks during Stage 1, avoiding all alcohol and foods containing grains.

Stage 2 of the Perfect 10 Diet allows small amounts of alcohol to be included and consists of three meals a day with up to two snacks and up to three servings of foods containing grains.
